What exactly does Dofollow mean?

By setting your blog to Dofollow it allows search engines to crawl all the links on that blog. So this means that when you comment on my blog and leave a link the search engines actually attribute this as a back link. This is my way of supporting my readers that are fellow bloggers or have websites. I do moderate the comments in order to delete all spam.
